Services

Texas Precision Hydrovac provides professional hydrovac excavation services in Dallas and the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Services include utility location and daylighting, potholing, trenching, vacuum excavation, culvert and storm drain cleaning, hydro jetting, and emergency hydrovac services.

Contact Form and Quote Requests

When you submit a contact form or quote request through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Submitting a form does not create a binding contract for services. A service agreement is established only when both parties agree to specific terms, scope of work, and pricing.

Description

Texas Precision Hydrovac uses SMS and MMS to communicate with customers who request service or contact us. Messages are conversational and customer care only (scheduling, job coordination, estimates, arrival updates, and responding to customer questions). We may request and receive photos from customers via MMS for job evaluation. No marketing or promotional blasts.

Consent

End users consent to receive messages in two ways:

  • Website form consent: You visit txhydrovac.com and submit a contact/quote request form. The form includes a clear disclosure immediately adjacent to the submit action stating: "By submitting this form, you agree to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Texas Precision Hydrovac about your inquiry, including quotes, scheduling, and service updates. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
  • Inbound text opt-in: You may also opt in by sending an initial text message to our business number to request information or send job site photos. By initiating the conversation, you request a response and consent to receive SMS/MMS related to that inquiry.

Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency varies. We message only as needed to respond to your request or service inquiry.

Opt-Out

You can cancel text messages at any time. Reply STOP, STOPALL, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPTOUT, or REVOKE to any message from us to opt out. You will receive a confirmation message: "You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe." No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Reply HELP or INFO to any message for assistance. You will receive: "Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Msg&Data Rates May Apply."
